Welcome to Olowalu Dog Ranch. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Services
We offer free-range boarding, doggy day camp, training, and related services for dogs. All bookings require a successful Meet & Greet first.

Bookings and Payments
• A $50 Meet & Greet is required for all new clients and is a standalone service.
• Payment is required to confirm all bookings.
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% fee.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Dog Health and Behavior
• All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella).
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog shows signs of illness or aggression that may endanger other dogs or staff.
• Owners are responsible for any veterinary costs if their dog requires medical attention while in our care.

Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution, dog play and group environments carry inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Changes to Services
We may update our services or pricing with notice on the website.
